Be able to identify monitoring gaps. - Insure proper escalation and notification for each project. - Troubleshoot and resolve Client Engagement Support issues. - Ability to create and document processes ranging from sever creation to proper response to alerts. - Handle day to day support activities that pop up and must be comfortable in working on production support incidents on a live call with several other support teams, making recommendations, escalating when necessary. - Create/manage existing shell scripting in the application. Qualifications: - 7+ years of prior work experience in IT, including recent 3+ years of work experience in an enterprise (100+ server) environment. - Extensive experience in installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting complex Windows application installations - Extensive 24/7 Level 2 Support Experience in troubleshooting Production environments - Ability to respond to critical issues, manage critical trouble tickets and drive towards permanent resolutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. - Excellent ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. - Experience in Powershell scripting, BAT for automating common functions. Plus: - Experience in migrating applications from development/test environments to production including customization. - Active participation in infrastructure architecture, such as hardware sizing, effort estimation and security. - Experience with complex Windows based environments. Secondary skill sets should focus on Unix/Linux based environments. - Experience in Azure Pack implementation (Highly Desirable). - Experience with automation tools (Puppet, Chef)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
