Skills : * Candidate must possess a bachelors degree. * Candidates must have 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in Cherwell, or similar product, development and/or configuration * Candidates must demonstrate broad knowledge and expertise in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and Cherwell CSM and CAM 9.x capabilities and administration * Candidate must demonstrate application of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment, and success in gaining respect of team members by providing an example of implementing these techniques. * Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage relationships while demonstrating persistence and problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks. * Candidates must demonstrate the ability to adapt to new and changing situations. * Candidates must possess the ability to recognize forward-looking business needs along with industry, business and IT trends.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
