He/she will be required to have technical & process expertise in the full end to end Payments process with the ability to quickly isolate the point failure based on the incident detail and then direct client and HP technical resources to that point of failure and make recommendations on the corrective action to resolve the incident. He/she will be required to have knowledge of all Tender types and how these Tender types can impact the Payments process flow. He/she will be responsible for working with HP teams regarding HP PCI DSS compliance.
