This positions will participate in SDLC activities including business requirements gathering, solution design, software development, unit testing and support. The senior analyst is expected to understand the business at a detail level and leverage this knowledge to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions. Responsibilities: Convert business requirements into solution design and lead the development, implementation and support of software solutions to meet customer needs Work with business users to gather and document detailed business requirements Collaborate with team members, business users and solution architects to design working solutions Participate and provide input for development and integration standards and mentor analysts Contribute to requirement and design reviews with business partners and other members of IT Investigate new technologies and techniques and adapt to Westfield business requirements Results oriented with ability to manage multiple projects Review and identify areas for automation within the TM1 applications and improvements in business processes. Provide solutions to eliminate inefficiencies Write user manuals and conduct training Test and QA applications before they are delivered to business users Provide applications support Qualifications: A degree in either IT or Finance (or a combined diploma) and experience with object oriented programming languages (Microsoft .Net, Java, Visual Basic, VBA) 5+ years hands-on experience developing Business Intelligence solutions, preferable with Cognos TM1 Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, oracle, MySQL) and industry standard Report Writing tools (eg Crystal, Business Objects, Cognos) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex technical information to non-technical business users Experience in finance, budgeting and planning with track record of developing and supporting planning and reporting models for enterprise use   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
