Work within a delivery team to breakdown new features into stories through mapping exercises. Interact with other ecommerce teams to enrich the OMS Delivery Team capacity for dependent solutions design. Provide knowledge of inbuilt and future OMS platform capabilities to guide internal roadmap. Recommend improvements and business intelligence targets to Business Analysts. Acquisition & Deployment Operational Management Required Expertise 5+ years IT experience. 3+ years of working experience in configuration and setup of IBM Sterling Order Management Suite. Experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements. 3+ years experience in lead support of software applications. 3+ years working experience of SDLC and Change Management processes Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents. Experience with SOAP and/or RESTful web services Experience processing XML 2+ years of experience defining and executing functional and integration test procedures Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience Preferred Experience Experience in configuration and setup of IBM Sterling OMS Call Center. Experience working with IBM Cognos BI. Experience establishing external Integrations with IBM Sterling OMS. Experience in an Enterprise Relational Database Management System. Experience working in a PCI-compliant environment and participating in Audit exercises. Working knowledge of Supply Chain practices. Experience in object-oriented analysis and design. Experience with service oriented architecture (SOA) design and principles. Experience with version control systems such as git. Experience processing EDI.
