Some of the report content will be static, while some will be dynamic (e.g., data will need to be fetched from the database per specific conditions). The report generation process implemented by this project will need to be automated. The application/software engineer will need to have advanced knowledge in designing reports that present engineering data in graphic forms that “layperson” can understand. The database user-interface/dashboard will allow for multiple levels of user access, establishing all necessary security credentials to allow for multiple levels of users to access their report data from the database. The project manager – not necessarily exclusive of the application/software engineer – will need to have 10+ years experience managing IT projects that involved multi-dicipline domain experts and geographically distributed project members. The person should be an expert in using Microsoft Project to create WBS, tracking project status, etc. The person needs to have advanced communication skills verbal and written. The person needs to be able to manage project risks to keep the project completed in time with excellent quality and within budget. Project Manager Deliverables: 1. Develop a comprehensive work breakdown structure and plan that captures the tasks, deliverables, activities and schedule required to complete school audit reports from the stage of data analysis to report delivery. 2. Manage all aspects of the Report Development and Production Deliverable. Track and monitor tasks related to the coding, programming, server support, printing and delivery of reports. 3. Provide risk management analysis of high risk items and propose alternatives. 4. Provides regular status updates to the Recovery Act program manager and works closely with QC firm and ODOE to ensure report deliverables are met. They have worked on multiple mission-critical projects, have demonstrated the judgment to plan and accomplish goals; have performed a variety of complicated tasks, and will build, lead and direct the work of others. Will hold Project Management Institutes (PMI) certification, as well as advanced degrees and additional certifications.
