The DFA OIS PMO is a senior level resource with specialized technical and PMO knowledge and experience in a broad range of technologies such as SharePoint, or SAP. The DFA OIS PMO must also have deep experience in State Financial Applications. The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program. Years of Relevant Experience: 15 Plus Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: •Manage, streamline, and improve the DFA PMO. •Develop IT Strategies and Plans and Roadmaps that cross all departments •Effectively communicate IT planning and direction at DFA executive levels. •Deliver operational and executive level IT strategy presentations. •Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty. •Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products. •Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product.
