Project Description UW Medicine will be implementing ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) software to replace the current manual system of emails and spreadsheets to track critical initiatives and projects organized by the Chief Health Systems Office (CHSO). They are seeking an implementation partner with ServiceNow ITBM implementation expertise to assist with the guidance, configuration, population, and knowledge transfer needed for the successful transition to ServiceNow. UW-Medicines initial implementation will focus on tool configuration to replace the current 30 column spreadsheet, with 120 rows of initiatives. There are approximately 15 users who will be responsible for creating new projects and performing monthly updates. There will be an additional 50+ users that will consume the data. The initial implementation could potentially use tasks, resources, workflow, Performance Analytics reports, or financial functionality. This will need to be confirmed upon an initial assessment. Configuration will be limited to Admin tool supported functionality with no customizations anticipated. The period of performance is tentatively scheduled to begin on December 1, 2018 and end in February 2019. The selected vendor may be used on subsequent implementations. a.
