The workstream this PM will lead will have a heavy emphasis on data in terms of system data extracts / file transfers, and downstream system / database interaction. Other PM Duties include: Proactively manage team dynamics with focus on results Develop Program/Project work plan with milestones and estimates Facilitate weekly team meetings flushing out risks and issues Monthly Financial Reporting with variance to budget explanations Bi-weekly status reports and communications Identify and proactively mitigate risks and issues Lead Requests for Change including estimations and impacts to business objectives Preference will be given to candidates with: Experience with an Agile system development life cycle Experience leading projects that involved data interfaces, ETL, firewall rules Experience with Property Casualty Insurance Experience working in a mature corporate project office with robust methodologies Experience working with third party vendors Experience working with the following systems (or systems that perform a similar function) = Informatica, Guidewire, Oracle, Clarity / Workbench Excellent stakeholder management / relationship management required.
