These activities including planning, developing requirements, monitoring project health, and communicating and collaborating with business owners, development staff and vendors. • Work with business stakeholders to develop in depth knowledge of the Agencys IT systems and capture requirements for future applications and enhancements. • Sets high expectations and enforces standards to meet project timelines. • Collaborates effectively with people across the agency to accomplish project goals. • Conducts analysis that identifies current state processes including system gaps and develop workflow analysis. • Working with project team develop solutions to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flows. • Effectively managing change including all aspects of communication, training and user acceptance for key stakeholders(including nontechnical staff) in a timely and appropriate manner. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of recent relevant project management/business analyst experience, with a progression in responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience analyzing, standardizing, and improving processes with innovative business solutions. • Healthcare IT experience • IT Project methodology experience including Agile. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate to upper management, business, and technical personnel. • Skilled with using Microsoft Office Suite including VISIO and Power BI and wire frame tools.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
