Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: ? A minimum of 7 yrs post-graduate experience and a diploma or degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent computer-related technical experience. ? Significant practical experience in: information technology staff supervision, project management related to information systems? efforts, development of business/functional requirements, RFI?s, RFP?s, Federal level reporting documentation and systems analysis. ? Proven information technology experience related to Project Management, systems development and the implementation of purchased solutions/services. ? Proficiency in the use of MS Project and other Project Management related tools and standards. ? Experience in providing application support, development, configuration and administration of document management systems such as Documentum or IBM FileNet. ? Experience with the following technologies is required: Documentum 6.x or IBM FileNet, Windows OS, PDFAqua, Oracle, DCM. Preferred: ? Understanding of the core functionality and the associated business processes of a Social Services organization ? Project Management (PMP) Certification ? Experience with SharePoint * Experience with GxP validated systems * Experience in business planning, human services program management, project management, and experience in multi-platform environments ?
