Scope of Work The Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant acquired through this work request reports to the HELMS Project Executive Sponsor. The QA Consultant has independent responsibility for reporting QA observations and project risks to the OCIO project dashboard. The QA consultant will perform services defined in this RFP and the resulting contract throughout the term of the project. Estimated hours per week is 10-20.
