Description : This position will report to the OCI Technology Services Section Chief and will be one of 3 project managers on the project. In addition to this position, there will be a business PM and a vendor PM. This position will be responsible for all IT related work not being performed by the vendor and will involve coordinating work across multiple technical teams and agencies. This position will also perform/oversee business and system analysis work to ensure all requirements (both technical and functional) are understood and translated into technical solutions defined in the project plan with tasks assigned and managed to successful delivery. The functional requirements will focus on the requirements needed for deliverables not being delivered by the vendor (e.g. user administration and application integrations). This requires full-time work for a candidate with advanced skillsets in project management using agile methodologies, business and systems analyst skills, and the ability to work with vendor and in-house technical staff to define and develop the technical solution. The most qualified candidate will have: • Advanced level IT Project Management experience including creation and monitoring of work plans in detail and ability to identify and resolve roadblocks. • Experience assigning tasks and directing technical staff in all areas of the project including infrastructure and application development activities (includes user administration using Okta, infrastructure setup for cloud hosting, application integrations, data conversions). • Experience leading conversion and testing activities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in creating documentation for use cases, analysis, design, process flows or technical documentation. • Previous project management experience coordinating work with vendor staff and other work units. • Experience utilizing agile methodologies for completing projects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance. • Experience with migrating an in-house developed application to a vendor cloud hosting solution is preferred. • This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1. Working together with other PMs to ensure all work is identified and planned. 2. Overseeing the IT work not covered by the vendor. Develop business project plans and schedules, estimate resource requirements, define milestones and deliverables, monitor activities to ensure successful and on-time deliveries, and evaluate and report on accomplishments. 3. Management of agile/sprint activities for the IT teams. 4. Providing direction to the IT teams on scope, design, development, testing, and implementation tasks. 5. Overseeing of technical requirements for integrations and infrastructure components 6. Work with another BA on business analysis support for integrations, conversion validation, and other aspects of the project 7. Overseeing test plans and testing changes as needed. Document and track changes and bugs. 8. Removing roadblocks for the project or team members 9. Communicating IT status updates to stakeholders and team members. 10.
