The systems team for a treasury management application is in need of an IT project manager/scrum master to manage application development projects. The ideal candidate will utilize skills and experience in managing a cross functional team to ensure successful and quality delivery while managing requirements, budget, resources and schedule. The project manager is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate project planning, meetings, demos and retrospectives with staff across the organization Ensure cross-team coordination Ensure impediment removal; guide team through impediment removal by reaching out to outside teams as necessary Maintain project plan and relevant metrics that help the team track progress and keep to targets Report on status of project, burn-down, etc. Track process improvement initiatives identified in the retrospective and other forums Liaise between the developers, testers and User Experience/Visual Designers and foster better communication between the disciplines Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Minimize our exposure and risk on projects and manage changes to requirements and plan Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Track and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis Manage project budget SQL experience is a plus, but not required Requirements of an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master: PMP or equivalent certification or education Scrum master certification desired Minimum of 7 years of IT Project Management experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
