Job Summary and Scope : The Enterprise Project Manager will manage projects that span a single business or organization, are of low risk or medium impact, have senior level business manager sponsorship, and are a duration of approximately 3 to 6 months. The PM will also lead and direct projects that are highly complex and require high levels of functional integration. Job Responsibilities: Maintain IT policies, procedures and practices to strengthen internal operations Assist with maintaining and monitoring SOX compliance for all IT control functions Align information risk assessments and audits with PMO activities to ensure systems are adequately protected and meet operational security requirements throughout the system development and change management processes. Assist in the delivery of compliance awareness and process training initiatives to educate IT about compliance process requirements. Maintain IT policies, procedures and practices to strengthen internal compliance controls Functional / Technical Able to apply independently: Scope mgt., Schedule mgt., Resource mgt., Status reporting, Communication mgt., Stakeholder mgt., Integration mgt., Cost mgt., Issues mgt., Risk mgt. Usually has deeper knowledge of IT infrastructure or applications. PMI PMP Certification. Through understanding of IT systems development methodologies including creation of development estimates and budgets. Thorough understanding of business process enablement and business subject matter expertise in key functional areas Knowledge / experience in wholesale distribution a plus Required Experience/Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of IT work experience including 2 years of IT Project and 5+ Program Management Project Scope: Works on moderately complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors Delivers projects affecting one or two internal or client divisions Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a multi-function, multi-vendor project team Project is normally within a single region Manages projects with aggressive but achievable deadlines Project Risk: Works on projects of medium / high risk Works on projects of medium complexity legal and/or commercial issue   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
