Describe Offerors history as a Microsoft LAR, specifically as Offerors experience pertains to providing service to the variety of Government Microsoft programs within the STATEs Microsoft Programs. 2. Further describe Offerors specific experience with the STATEs Microsoft Programs in the government sector. As a LAR what type of services do you supply? 3. Describe how Offerors organization differs from other Microsoft LARs. 4. Describe Offerors organizational structure, including the organizational structure of the division and the position of the customer service and legal division within any applicable parent organization. Include and explain past mergers, etc. Provide an organizational chart. 5. Describe how the offeror will manage the STATE Microsoft Programs contract. 6. REFERENCES: The Offeror must provide a list of at least three organizations, preferably other states or government entities of similar size. Please include points of contact (name, address, fax number, email address, and telephone number). The references must be able to show that the Offeror has experience with the select plus and enterprise program. Referenced organizations may be contacted by the STATE to determine the quality of work performed, customer service, and personnel assigned to the project. The results of the references will be provided to the evaluation team and used in scoring the written proposals. 7.
