Candidate will: Work with WDP&R Business Technology Management to establish a process for Configuration Management specifically relating to the ongoing management of servers and applications and their corresponding relationships. Responsibilities include: Develop processes for controlling the status of Configuration Items (CIs) and appropriate interfaces with the Change Management process Lead data clean up exercise to ensure accuracy and integrity of current data Populate the Configuration Management system with newly discovered data in adherence with agreed standards Develop reports to indicate suggested remediation activity required to mitigate risks Develop Verification and Audit process to ensure ongoing compliance and data integrity Work with other WDPR teams to implement CI registration and decommission procedures Prepare and present: Informal and formal updates to team leads and executive stakeholders Weekly status reports detailing risks, issues, progress, and tracking against schedule Management Information reports Required skills: ITIL v3 Foundation Qualified Demonstrates strong analytical skills Awareness of relational databases and data repositories Experience with Configuration Management Databases and data discovery tools Ability to design and produce Management Information reports to highlight successes and areas for improvement Strong ability to build partnerships/relationships Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask across multiple channels of interaction (IM, Email, phone calls) simultaneously   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
