Ensure all Configuration Change Requests (CCRs) are properly prepared and vetted prior to presentation to client. Attends Daily Configuration Management Control Board, ensuring Ops and Apps tracks are aligned to support daily activities impacting client facing environments. Attends Weekend Activities Coordination meetings to ensure weekend CCRs are included in planned maintenance and change activities. Compiles weekly CCR results report for delivery to Ops and Apps management by 8am each Monday. Ensures Configurable Items (CIs), including Transition to Operations information are captured and communicated as part of CR implementation. REQUIRED QUALIFICAITONS Knowledge of Change Management best practices including those described in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Excellent communication skills Ability to be self-driven Can do attitude Strong people skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project schedules.
