The candidate: - is able to understand the system configuration, and the system intended behavior and functionality - is able to discuss issues and improvements with business owners, and other stakeholders, - is able to develop small enhancements in cooperation with other team members, - is able to troubleshoot EBS R12 issues, and knows debugging tools within the application, - is able to bring production issues to acceptable resolution in a timely fashion, - is able to lead a team of analysts who will be working remotely toward the same objectives and customer, - is able to coordinate deployment of fixes and enhancement through the established change management process - is self-sufficient to produce and support the customization programs used within the Oracle EBS application, and work with Oracle support to troubleshoot and correct any defects in the standard programs. - has worked in at least 2 full implementation cycles of the Procurement modules (PO, iProcurement) in release 12 in recent years. - ideally has had exposure to ITIL processes, production support services and comply to the good practices and processes followed by IT departments - ideally has had esposure to Demantra and Transportation Management support 60% production support, resolution of break/fix issues 25% specify and develop small enhancement items 10% continuous process improvement (business and support service) 5% documentation, self learning EBS R12 PO, iProcurement, OM, QP, Manufacturing, pl/sql, Java, OAF, Workflow, BI Publisher, Development Suite, XML Coordinates work with business, other area leads (within the team) and the remote teams (within same account); drives resolution of issues and implementation of small enhancements.
