Description: This individual will be responsible for building and deploying C#/.NET applications, Pega Applications, Java Applications, and similar projects in an Linux/Windows Server environment. Responsible for supporting the test environments used to support Regional, Enterprise and/or other special project releases. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads customer workgroups in defining environment requirements and maintains design documentation to reflect changes, additions and enhancements to test environments. Analyzes and makes recommendations to improve performance of test environments and coordinates with other groups the upgrading of test environments to support production and/or product changes. Leads overall design of test environments and environment build efforts for Enterprise efforts. Leads Project/Release support efforts around data management, code management or job management. May performs code migrations and prepare, merge, and version code for production builds. Participates in ad-hoc committees to support Enterprise efforts and interacts with technical business partners and project and release management to meet business objectives. Supports on-call team members for Enterprise projects and releases. Handles/prioritizes work group assignments, staffing, manages work group workflow and provide mentoring. Creates build properties and processes prior to testing. Requires BA/BS; 6+ years of IT experience, including application development experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Multiple trade certifications and multi-platform experience is preferred. Rational Unified Process and Rational Tool Suite experience preferred. Must have Source Code Repository & Build Automation tool experience, window or linux servers o Atlassian suite Agile (SAFe preferred) Building and deploying in .NET and Java with Rational Build Forge Plus Chef/Puppet/Ansible/Docker for possible future work Experience with XebiaLabs XLRelease would be a plus.
