Must be able to go onsite in PA Job Description: In this role you will facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through the mobilization, definition, development, and deployment phases. Responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. You will work closely with our team of award-winning business and technical specialists and leaders. Expected Activities: Serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their team Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders Facilitate resource planning activities including assignment, on-boarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks Provide regular weekly status updates including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to client and Program Manager Identify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teams Qualifications and Skills Bachelors Degree focused in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience. Must have minimum 7 years of project management experience Have excellent planning, problem solving, project management and leadership skill Understand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc) Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere) Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence Understand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large scale initiatives across businesses and functions Desired characteristics in candidates Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimum need of supervision Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Highly motivated, organized and methodical, but can handle change in stride Analytical and proven problem-solving skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
