Under general direction, the IT Operations Service Manager is responsible for the delivery of an infrastructure operations function that will support the new system-wide implementation of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll applications, with related supported environments. Responsibilities will include understanding and implementing the technical components, resources and services that need to be in place prior to Phase 1 of the implementation, including the creation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting Operating Level Agreements (OLAs). Roles : The incumbent will perform a comprehensive impact assessment of the new Platform-as-a-Service offering on the existing infrastructure, processes, systems and people to include the following areas * Network Operations * Monitoring and Disaster Recovery * Data Center Operations * Operations support * Technology Service Desk Required Skills : * BS Degree with at least 10 years of work experience in IT operations in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with PeopleSoft/Platform-as-a-Service highly desired. * Experience with ITIL service management framework. * Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in consulting and communicating with diverse groups at all levels of the organization, including vendors, project participants, managers, supervisors, and staff. * Analytical skills sufficient to identify issues, recommend courses of action, implement action plans and evaluate results. * Strong technical knowledge of networking and operation systems technology is required. * Understanding of complex project working in a matrixed environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
