Experience • Identify each Resource that will make up the team qualified to successfully complete the requirements of this PSO. • Provide a detailed description that identifies the role/position of each Resource and their involvement in this PSO. • Describe how each Resource meets the minimum number of years of experience (see below), their qualifications, areas of expertise and/or specialties, and ITSM tools for which they hold current accreditation. • Describe each Resources knowledge and experience providing services, similar to the services required in this PSO, to organizations similar in scope and size to ITD. • Describe each Resources expertise in ITSM and experience engaging with organizations through the development of long term planning for adopting and implementing ITSM frameworks and/or standards, including actionable short-term plans with clear deliverables that demonstrate skill development. • Include each Resources experience training teams, managers, and individuals on the ITSM framework and/or ISO/IEC 20000 standard. • Include your business history, full description of current service offerings, and number of years you have provided the services. • Include the average size and composition of organizations to whom each Resource has provided ITSM consulting services and the average number of organizations and individuals supported annually. • Describe each Resources experience developing training plans and curriculum for experiential workshops based on the ITSM framework and tools. • Describe each Resources approach towards identifying the knowledge needs of organizations/groups/individuals and developing appropriate curriculum. • For each Resource, include a resume that demonstrates they meet the required levels of experience and proof of accreditation in the ITSM Framework and/or the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. Required Experience for ITSM Consultant(s): • Must currently be accredited in the application of ITSM. • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in applying ITSM framework and principals and training organizations similar in scope and size to ITD. • Must be a member in good standing with an ITSM certification organization widely recognized in the IT industry. Required Experience for ITSM Trainer(s): • Must have conducted at least five (5) experiential workshops based on the ITSM framework and tools within the last five (5) years for large groups made up of managers and staff (large groups are defined as consisting of at least thirty (30) individuals). • Must be a member in good standing with an ITSM certification organization widely recognized in the IT industry.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
