Daily Tasks include not limited to the following: Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates. Use project management methodology and documentation, including Agile framework cycle such as user stories, sprint planning, and product backlog sessions to manage the project. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress. Provide regular status reports detailing project metrics and progress. Work with business owners, key stakeholders, and staff to ensure their requirements are communicated, documented, addressed, and if approved, included in future project plans. Supervise and mentor programmers and business analysts as needed. Supervise and direct the creation of end user documentation (i.e., business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, and screen designs). Supervise and direct the development of test plans and testing. Act as facilitator and primary project manager for multiple projects related to the OMH application development efforts; including projects related to implementation of applications or infrastructure changes. Mandatory Qualifications: 84 months experience overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables- Delegating and coordinating of tasks- Project status, meetings, scope changes; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Other Requested Qualifications: 84 Months Experience managing project execution and control, including maintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports, and quality standards. 60 Months Experience as lead project manager of IT related projects. 60 Months Experience developing and managing communications plans. 48 Months Experience managing project schedules and resources using Microsoft Project. 48 Months Experience of PMP or PgMP post-certification project management work. 24 Months Project Management experience implementing healthcare related projects. 24 Months Project Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above. 24 Months Project Management experience managing expectations of and communicating with stakeholders. 24 Months Experience in managing projects involving multiple Federal agencies, State agencies, or corporations.
