Job Description Analyst: ITSM, ITIL, Business Systems Analyst,

Description:


Review client Internal Audit IT Change Management 2014 Report containing recommendations and determining scope of work to resolve findings.

Assess client IT Organization to identify existing processes and procedures, and re-categorized them into ITIL/ITSM terms.

Understand the ITSM landscape of the Customer and understand in-scope ITIL processes to-be designed.

Provide ITIL best practice service management consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level for PERS IT organization.

Understand the specific process requirements and gather the required inputs on people, practices and processes, organization structure, ITIL tools in-use, as-is process, details on current vendors.

Prepare the process definition plan, identify the reviewers and process sign-off mechanism.

Author the process documents and obtain signed-off from the stakeholders (include the required process flows, diagrams) via PERS QCP.

Collaborate with the staff in ISD as required to customize the ITSM tools in-scope.

Identify KPIs/metrics to be used to measure the effectiveness of the process and the calculation mechanism of each of the KPIs/metrics.

Provide the ITIL / ITSM training and mentoring to all staff resources as identified.

Provide professional guidance over the IT Process Owners and overall IT strategic initiatives.



Required Skills:


8 - 12 YEARS experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles, viz., Incident Manager, Problem Manager, Change Manager, Asset and/or Configuration Manager

Experience in Process designing and supervising execution in at least 2 ITSM engagements

ITIL 2011 Expert / ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified

Knowledge of ITSM Tools

Capability to deliver ITIL Training and Workshops

Excellent team management skills and inter-personal skills

Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills

Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills



Desired Skills:


Graduate or Postgraduate in Management / Engineering / Computer sciences preferred
