This engagement will be on an as needed basis and run the fiscal year (July – June). This requisition is for a variable resource (potentially using multiple members of a team) to function as a subject matter expert and consultant on implementation and configuration of modules including the upcoming asset/vendor management. Years of Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. Role Description: A subject matter expert in ServiceNow with experience in configuration, customization, implementing, upgrading and integrating with ServiceNow. The candidate should have at least 10 years ITSM experience and at least 3 years with ServiceNow. We are looking for a diverse candidate (firm) with experience in all major ServiceNow modules - Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Assets & Vendor Management and CMS; with technical proficiency in JavaScript and workflow development. Must also have strong communication skills able to define and develop requirements. The contractor should be prepared to spend between 80-100% of time at the client site for the duration of this engagement. Ideal candidates will be either aligned with a vendor that has a ServiceNow certification or specialization or candidate has direct alignment with ServiceNow for issues/problem resolution.
