Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) · Create training presentations and scripts for RTMS using provided document formatting standards for all ITIL core processes o Translate information in procedures documents into training, including scenarios · Test scenarios in RTMS training environment · Attend regular team and project status meetings · Submit weekly status reports documenting progress Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) · Minimum 2+ years of experience using BMC Remedy ITSM applications · Excellent command of the English language · Minimum 2+ years of experience creating presentations in PowerPoint Travel: No travel is anticipated, but candidate must work US hours (either 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT or 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT) Education/Certification: · Bachelors in Computer Science, English or Communications · ITIL Foundations certification · Training/experience using BMC Remedy ITSM applications Nice to Have: (But not a must) · Good presentation skills · Prior experience teaching distance learning classes · Prior experience with OPAS v2 or OPAS v3   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
