IVR Architectures Design System Analysis Documentation Tuning Analyst (Jobs in W   Requirement id 17884 Job title Analyst Job location in W CHESTER, PA Skills required Business Analysis, IVR, Architectures, Design System Analysis Documentation Tun Open Date 24-Mar-2014 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Business Analysis, IVR, Architectures, Design System Analysis Documentation Tun RESPONSIBILITIES -Perform as the Business Analyst for multiple projects related to voice user interface/interaction (VUI) design for multiple IVR applications in both DTMF and speech recognition environments. -Interact directly with multiple business customers to solve business needs through IVR based technologies and solutions. -Elicit, gather, and document call flow solutions/requirements using Visio, and work with business stakeholders to achieve sign off. -Translate these business requirements to more technical specifications to then be used by technical teams (both on and offshore) -Act as product owner with an agile design/development/QA team throughout the lifecycle of these projects. -Work closely with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure accurate development of designs / user stories. -Point of contact internal and external stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. -5+ years experience as a Business/Systems Analyst for projects related to speech VUI design field in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. -Expert functional knowledge of usability principles for speech recognition-based IVR (call flows) Strong background in following areas: -Speech Science -Voice User Interface/Interaction (VUI) design -Requirements discovery and documentation -Speech application tuning -Experience with Nuance tuning tools -Proven ability to conduct presales assessments (estimation of scope / complexity) -Able to remember and recall. Significant organization skills and ability to store and recall large volumes of semantic and factual information -Strong communication skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form. -Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external clients. -Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of the business/industry DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -Training and functional experience in all aspects of speech VUI design, human factors theory, grammar design, and speech project leadership. -Ability to develop complex directed dialog and Natural Language grammars for Nuance ASRs (desired but not required). -Detail-oriented and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations. -Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments -Significant experience in Localization and maintenance of multi-lingual IVR applications. -(highly designed) Ability to author prompting and grammars in English as well as Spanish. -Familiarity with the concepts of PCI compliance for payments processing. -Familiarity with Nuance ASR and TTS tools.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
