Required Skills - Candidate must have: • Extensive experience in design, implementation and operation of Contact center. • Good knowledge of call center technical solutions including, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Network based Telephony Systems / Voice over IP (VoIP), Distributed Call Center (multiple location), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Standard and Ad Hoc Contact Center reporting, and CTI integration • Experience in implementing and/or operation of multi-channel ACD, including e-mail and Web Chat solution for Contact Center • Experience in working with cross functional teams including vendor and internal business, functional, technical, infrastructure and network operations teams • Experience implementing and/or operation Contact management solution including integration with CRM systems.
