- Our hiring managers are digging deep into past work history with these candidates and if they cant speak on any specifics in the most 2 recent projects then usually these managers are NOT going to consider them for any project with them. SO PLEASE stop flubbing resumes of your candidates.

- Also as I mentioned before the state government doesnt have very high rates, but offers very long term contracts. Please make sure your submittals are WITHIN the rate range presented or I will not be able to reach out to them for the positions. SO please understand I cant negotiate rates for these positions.

- Last but not least, all interviews will be up a 2-3 process SKYPE interview. So please let your candidates know the first interview is SKYPE technically then second – or third interviews will be SKYP as well more project interest driven.

Call center operations & maintenance experience.
Required Skills - Candidate must have:
• Extensive experience in design, implementation and operation of Contact center.
• Good knowledge of call center technical solutions including, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Network based Telephony Systems / Voice over IP (VoIP), Distributed Call Center (multiple location), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Standard and Ad Hoc Contact Center reporting, and CTI integration
• Experience in implementing and/or operation of multi-channel ACD, including e-mail and Web Chat solution for Contact Center
• Experience in working with cross functional teams including vendor and internal business, functional, technical, infrastructure and network operations teams
• Experience implementing and/or operation Contact management solution including integration with CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:
Candidates having experience in one or more of the skill sets detailed below are preferred:
• Co-ordination of Application/Product testing and training
• Training Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• SharePoint 2010
• Co-ordinate with vendor technical team to address any technical software and setup issues for CHFS users.
