Job Description :

Role: Call Center Consultant/BA

Duration: 6-8 weeks

Description:

Looking for a resource that has Call Center/Customer Service Operations experience to assist in writing SOPs and make Operational recommendations for Call Centers.

This is for an implementation.

They are looking for MA/ACA experience and Call Center Operations experience.

In addition to core BA skills, we need candidates with:

Call Center/Contact Center software [telephony systems (IVR, call routing, phone), reporting applications, desktop tools, etc.]

FACETS inclusive of Workflow

High level and detailed, functional and non-functional requirements (more technical than business in nature)

Detailed Visio diagramming and flowcharts

Call center scripting

Medicare/ACA experience
