Or once a VM partion is created by the FI. Miscrosoft patches as well as AP specific call flows are installed. • QA Testing of the IVR application when software updates are made. • Level 2 support of the IVR product when the AP needs escalation. • Remote installation services of the IVR product. • Inventory control of all IVR and PBX parts, servers, etc. • Modification of client call flows based on their requirements • Project Management skills and able to multi task assignments   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
