This is a 12 months contract position. Client: Anthem Title: F5 Engineer Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 12 Months contract Key Job Functions: • Support of geographically distributed, client and corporate Load Balancing infrastructures. • Investigation and resolution of client support incidents in a 7x24 environment. • Perform weekly implementation of all load balancing changes including bringing new infrastructure online, configuration modification and enhancements. • Maintain the health and availability of all managed infrastructure. • Perform maintenance on all load balancing infrastructure as needed. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Required • 2+ years of hands on experience with F5 BIGIP (LTM, ASM, EM, BIG-IQ). • Working with OPS team on implementation and escalation tasks. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Excellent written and oral communications, problem solving and process management skills. • Ability to work well within a team environment.
