Implementation Project Management Manager (Jobs in Palo Alto, CA)   Requirement id 115384 Job title Manager Job location in Palo Alto, CA Skills required Strong Analytical Skills, PMP Certification, Implementation, Project Management Open Date 24-Mar-2021 Close Date Job type Contract to Hire Duration 24 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Manager: Strong Analytical Skills, PMP Certification, Implementation, Project Management Candidate must be local: Yes Job Description: IT End User Device Lead/Project Manager Verify & identify IT equipment & devices in scope Participate in DD locating EUD based on work flow needs Update Attainia based on DD meetings Reconcile any discrepancies between floor drawings and Attainia Obtain Field Services sign off on EUD Attainia list and floor drawings Obtain user group sign off on EUD placement and quantity Contribute to development of EUD portion of project plan Collaborate with PD&C on all furniture & case work requirements Consult TS and ops teams on EUD during work flow design Build Phase Work with architect and low voltage vendor to validate location and quantity of TSOs and electrical outlets Provide draft and final copy of above to Field Services Develop "bible sheet" to include all technical requirements for each EUD Get Field Services sign off on bible sheets Develop procurement schedule and plan Develop resource and logistics plan Develop asset management and storage plan Align schedule with furniture and case work deployment Get Field Services sign off on above plans Assess EUD portion of approved UCRs Implementation Phase Execute on procurement and logistics plan Install any IT fixed equipment (mounted lab equipment, mounted PC) Deploy non fixed IT equipment such as PCs, printers, scanners Update Attainia on deployment status for each EUD Track and resolve issues in Attainia Testing Phase Develop and track plan for Security ICE testing Participate in technical dress rehearsals Provide metrics on completion of EUD testing Support TS and Ops teams dress rehearsals Go Live & Stabilization Develop and implement resource plan for go live support Provide lessons learned Develop and implement transition plan Position Qualifications: Must be able to work onsite at 300 Pasteur Drive, Palo Alto with travel to other nearby SHC locations as needed. Must have 4 years of project management experience in multi-resource, multi-personnel, and multi-disciplinary projects that involve hardware and software implementation. Previous experience working in healthcare or in healthcare implementation environment Previous experience planning and deploying IT field services equipment including desktop computing, printers, scanners, laptops, and point of sale devices. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office; familiarity with other databases and analytic tools a plus. Strong Analytical Skills Proven track record of working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
