Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, configuration of 3rd party software implementations, and creation of documentation, testing, support and maintenance of applications. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. May participate in architecture reviews to ensure that solutions comply with standards and uses approved technologies. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 6-7 years as BA, 5-6 years in relevant industry Strong experience with business IT applications.
