It requires the services of a Project Manager (PM), for the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Finance, for the purpose of overseeing an Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS) implementation. The PM will be responsible to do the following: 1. Serve as the States Project Manager for the implementation of the EGMS which will be used by multiple agencies of the State. 2. Plan, execute and finalize this project according to project guidelines and within budget. 3. Coordinate efforts of team members and stakeholders, which may include business, IT, third-party contractors and consultants. 4. Define objectives, oversee quality control and provide accurate and timely reporting and documentation throughout the project life cycle to include oversight of the selected software vendor, review of deliverables and monitoring of work products and schedule. 5. Develop, communicate and track project work plans, deliverables, and milestones for the EGMS implementation project. 6. Manage the day-to-day project tasks and activities of the EGMS project team, consisting of functional and technical analysts, extended members of the project team, as well as those assigned by the state agencies participating in the project. 7. Coordinate with the selected software vendor to create project work plans and organize project tasks across multiple business areas. 8. Work closely with functional and technical business groups to ensure all project requirements are documented and addressed in the project scope and work plan. 9. Coordinate project tasks with the EGMS production support team as it relates to integration testing between the EGMS and statewide and agency specific systems. 10. Provide regularly scheduled project status reports to the Project Sponsor, DAS/Finance Executive Management and Project Stakeholders. 11. Document and track all project risks, issues and action items from identification to resolution. 12. Provide oversight of the selected software vendor through monitoring and review of deliverables, management of the deliverable acceptance process, and contract administration assistance. 13.
