In addition, the daily health of the network, the documentation including the MS Access Database and quick remediation of network outages are included in the responsibilities of the Offeror. MoDOT requires a single individual to satisfy this PAQ. This individual will accept a high level of responsibility for the network, insuring maximum up time. The PAQ response must outline the total cost of this individual over the entire contract period. The total cost includes the consulting fee, business overhead, profit, and Travel/Living expenses. Contract period is from September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016. • Expert in the installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, and debugging of the Cisco 6513. • Expert in the installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, and debugging of the Cisco 6807. • Expert in the installation, configuration, turn up, upgrade, maintenance and debugging of the Cisco ONS15454 MSPP. • Expert in the installation, configuration, turn up, upgrade, maintenance and debugging of the Cisco NCS2006. • Expert in the installation, configuration, turn up, upgrade, maintenance and debugging of the Cisco ONS15216. • Expert in the installation, configuration, turn up, upgrade, maintenance and debugging of the Cisco ME3600X. • Expert in the installation, configuration, turn up, upgrade, maintenance and debugging of the Cisco C819H. • Expert in the operation of the Cisco Transport Controller software. • Expert in establishment of optical circuits to connect the ONS15454 SONET Nodes in the GWG Network. • Expert in establishment of optical circuits to connect the ME3600X, ONS-15216, NCS2006, and C6807XL in the GWG Net. • Expert in the configuration of Cisco Resilient Packet Ring on the ONS15454 ML100T and ML1000 cards. • Expert in the installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance and debugging of the Cisco 2960, Cisco 2950, Cisco 2955, and Cisco EI-3000 switches. • Expert in configuration and trouble shooting of multicast routing. • Expert in configuration of video devices, including, but not limited to, Cohu CCTV Cameras, Teleste, Cornet, and iMpath, 3920SD-IP camera and 3920HD-IP camera. • Expert with Encom 4.9 wireless radios and Ubiquity Nanobridge M5. • Expert in configuration and management of SolarWinds Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Manager, Syslog Server and Configuration Manager. • Expert in use of Visio for network documentation. • Expert in the use MS Access Database Queries and Tables. • Experienced with nMap IP scanner. • Require 25+ years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) professional. • Experienced and highly skilled in TCP/IP routing configuration, with experience in managing a network with more than 30 Layer 3 Nodes.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
