Preferred Qualifications: 72 months of experience supporting users on a SACWIS or CCWIS application. 72 months of experience providing IT support in in Child Welfare environment, gathering requirements and submitting change requests. 72 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment, as well as interpreting legacy systems to provide direct user support. 72 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application 72 months of experience analyzing management strategies and business processes on a state-wide system with 15,000 plus users. 72 months of experience working directly with users in child welfare area providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience should include writing documentation and/or desk aids that were used as reference material that supported users understanding of business operations and/or training.
