Duties & Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for working with all of the business users from all business units, specifically within HR (payroll, benefits) to help optimize their new Workday HCM System and improve deficiencies in a variety of areas specifically in which Workday integrates and interfaces with a variety of 3rd party HR Applications that this client has. This person must have experience coming into an organization post Go-Live with a new HCM System that is unfamiliar from the organization to provide a variety of assistance; including hands on project management execution on a few HR enhancement projects that this person will help to create the project plans for based on he or shes experience of a similar situation, and what they have learned and gathered are best practices. Manage multiple smaller enhancement projects within the HR, Payroll, Benefits, and GL areas to ensure how to create successful integrations between Workday and various 3rd party systems / vendors Facilitate the process of gather requirements from the Business on a global scale including all business units Prepare, analyze and report enterprise wide report to the senior management (Planned Vs Actual for Project Cost, Schedule, Budget, Revenue, Profitability Report, and Milestone Progress) pulling together all status reports into a dashboard for different audiences Develop and maintain Executive Dashboard Overall management of project risks and issues Ensure all projects adhere to the companys base lined Quality Governance process guidelines. Empowering tools for project management and continuous improvement First point of escalation for project managers, programmers managers and stakeholder Appropriate alignment of projects to business needs Most effective execution of projects Work with other Project Managers to review, monitor project health Establish and implement metrics that measure project performance Conducting periodic project audits Determine the project health by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and quality from the respective baselines Resource usage tracking and ensure the optimized usage of resources Conducting project status review meetings and tracking of the open points and assigned tasks status Facilitate Improvements to the Project Conduct & Management Process Managing the project administrators globally Knowledge & Experience Needed: Minimum 10 Years of Project Management Experience Experience interfacing and reporting directly to CIO or other C-Level Executives HR Systems PM Experience – at least 1 project multiple years of experience specifically working post Go-Live with new HR ERP System; PeopleSoft, Workday, Lawson, any newly implemented HCM System Project Management Experience for Major ERP Transformation Project Experience understanding Integrations from Workday to other 3rd party systems and vendors. Commercial Real-Estate Experience HR Optimization Experience Change Management Experience Experience with OKTA (single sign on software), SharePoint, Citric, Cloud Based Software.
