The developer will be required to work from existing designs and develop a multi-threaded application in an Xlet based environment (CDC/FP/BP). The developer will use Application Programming Interfaces for automotive and sensors based upon standards (JSRs) and proprietary implementations in a resource constrained (cpu/memory) environment. Functional Scope 1. Implement a scanner in the environment for the scanning of ECU 2. (Electronic Control Unit) according to system requirements. 3. Implement a DTC receiver for trouble codes sent to MIL Lamp sensors according to system requirements. 4. Provide interworking with Other Components per System requirements and the functions specified above. 5. Implement applications that produce reports collecting data produced by the scanner application.
