The contractor will participate as a member of the IDOC development team to write code and ensure object-orientated best practices, design patterns and standards are followed. Required Skills: * Experience writing, optimizing and debugging Java applications * Experience in design and implementation of Java software * Ability to find and fix software defects on Java platforms * Knowledge of building service oriented architectures using Java frameworks. * Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Javascript, JQuery, and Ajax * Web programming, knowledge of Object Oriented design and API development. * Experience writing and executing unit/integration tests, using JUnit, NUnit or TestNG. * Experience with Model View Controller (MVC) applications using Spring MVC or similar frameworks * Experience with SQL queries and any relational database systems * Experience with Hibernate, Struts, WebServices, and XML * Experience with Agile, Scrum or Extreme Programming work environments. * Knowledge of Application server technologies such as JBoss or Tomcat * Knowledge of UML, Visio and/or Visual Paradigm The contractor must also be experienced using Agile/Scrum development methodologies and will participate fully as a member of our Development Team.
