Quality Assurance & Compliance Assist in developing and executing test plans for new systems or enhancements. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state IT security policies, and organizational change management processes. Support post-go-live monitoring and validation of technical solutions. Continuous Improvement Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration in IT project delivery.
