Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal to HPE team to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders. Facilitate design and develop processes utilizing best standards. Work with business teams to understand and fill in gaps in the data, and/or to adjust source-system data structures to facilitate analysis and integration with other company data. Develop solutions in accordance to client specifications. Communicate project status to team members. Resolve complex issues arising in projects execution. Implement business objects development and testing. Perform realistic assessments of development time. Conduct research and analysis to create innovative solutions. Train, direct and mentor technical and process teams. Skills and Qualifications 7 or more years of Business Objects or Data Access tool experience -BO upgrade to 4.X a plus Identify, track and convert scheduled reports - Deski to Webi report conversion 2+ years of experience with Teradata Data Warehouse Architecture Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance processes, data quality processes, testing methodologies, reporting tools, application development Multi-platform and multi-system integration experience. Demonstrated record of success with problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with mainframe z/OS (JCL, COBOL, etc) and DB2 is highly desired. Working knowledge of Information Management, Business Intelligence, Health Care Analytics a plus. Experience migrating DB2 mainframe database/data to Teradata database a plus.
