The developer must have at least (4+) years experience in State Department of Human Services Systems. In this position the developer will develop and maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs and designing and implementing solutions. The developer will be expected to be in the on-call rotation. Additionally, the developer must be strong in problem solving with skills necessary to analyze customer requirements and design service solutions to meet agency objectives. The candidate must have demonstrative experience applying concepts of Software Development Life Cycle including System Design, Analysis, Coding, QA Testing, Implementation, Documentation and Maintenance. Familiarity with Lean Agile framework such as Kanban is a plus. Required Skills/Experience Advanced technical expertise (7+ Years) in Natural Adabas Mainframe COBOL (Microfocus Enterprise Developer preferred) Mainframe JCL Mainframe TSO SDLC Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required.
