Research and explore up-to-date middleware technologies that are applicable to the companys business direction. Balance state of the art technology with cost effectiveness, with special attention to software re-usability to reduce development costs. Ensure the implementation is delivered effectively and in alignment with standards and processes. Partner with development team to analyze each system to ensure the necessary monitoring, automation, and processes are in place to optimize stability and reduce cost to run. Design and implement architecture plans for enterprise-scale applications utilizing the latest industry leading software. High-level information system administration and analysis and provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects , lead projects and provide direction to staff members and peers on ERP system administration including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Review and analyze system requirements and write system specifications; perform technical product evaluations and make product recommendations to management; coordinate project planning, configuration, sizing, and scheduling and implementation activities; monitor and control Production and Non-Production landscapes to maximize systems availability. Experience with Windows administration and networks and infrastructure systems Administration and writing powershell scripts Experience with managing SSL certificates, Firewall/VPN access. Awareness of ServiceNow functionality and understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
