JDBC SQL XML JAXB JUnit UML Java Web Methods SOA PLSQL RDBMS Developer (Jobs in   Requirement id 16993 Job title Developer Job location in King Of Prussia, PA Skills required .Net, Java J2EE, JDBC, SQL XML JAXB JUnit UML Java Web Methods Open Date 13-Jan-2014 Close Date Job type Contract to Hire Duration 9 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Phone Screening Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Developer: .Net, Java J2EE, JDBC, SQL XML JAXB JUnit UML Java Web Methods RESPONSIBILITIES: • Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. • Reviews new designs, enhancements and programs with systems analysts and programming personnel for operating efficiencies. • Provides technical assistance and information to other systems software, computer operations, programming and business unit personnel. • Assists the training to programming and user personnel in the use of software and related hardware facilities. • Evaluates the performance of installed software by utilizing available aids to monitor trends, loads, and growth patterns. • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools. • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline. • 4+ years experience working in a Java/J2EE Development capacity. • Experienced in webMethods or the use of similar tools for B2B integration projects. • Experienced in SOA and web services architecture. • Experienced in EJB, XML, XSLT, JMS, JDBC, JAX-WS, JAXB, Eclipse, Ant, and JUnit. • Oracle PL/SQL and RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) • Experience with .NET and SQL a plus • Experience with life-cycle development, object-oriented analysis and design, UML, and design patterns. • Willingness to work with offshore teams. • A strong understanding of how critical project completion is to client satisfaction. • Able to efficiently interact with cross functional teams, and translate business requirements into technical understanding. • Experience with Weblogic 11g application server is preferred. • Java and webMethods certification is plus. • Experience in Agile programming environment preferred. • Experience in financial services is preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
