The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Consultant must provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Consultant must provide detailed documentation outlining their experience developing mobility components with responsive design and integrated solutions for working offline during periods of disconnection. Experience with and examples of solutions which utilize of the following technologies must be highlighted in the resumes of the resources chosen for this project team: Responsive Web Design HTML5 JQuery Knockout JavaScript Libraries IIS 7.5 MOBILE MODULE FOR TERMINAL INSPECTIONS One terminal inspector inspects 56 locations with multiple meters on each site on an annual basis. The current solution utilizes Lotus Approach software that resides on a non-issued State laptop. As a high-level requirement, the process will allow the inspector the ability to work remotely and connect to the core application to upload data to the appropriate database tables. The solution must provide the inspectors a list of inspection locations identified by systematic sampling. The user must be able to view historical data for reporting and trend analysis. The solution must be a web-based technology which provides field staff the ability to work in remote settings. (see Attachment 1) INTERNAL MODULE This will be a new component that interfaces all modules into a single user application. The module will receive data as well as display data from the multiple modules identified above. As a high-level requirement, the module must provide dynamic querying capabilities and export data to Microsoft Excel.
