The role will require strong system administration experience along with knowledge of management and support of information security & system access infrastructure. Basic Requirements: Experience with administrating, implementing and supporting SailPoint (Identity IQ) based Identity and access management solutions. Experience with implementing the Oracle Identity Management (OIM) 11g solution. Experience with Web Logic, Tomcat, Apache administration. Experience with deploying development, enhancing, troubleshooting connectors. Understanding of SailPoint specific database administration. Must have a good working knowledge of Java and SQL with an ability to fix issues identified in logs and other error messages. Possess in-depth knowledge of Linux and other Unix like operating systems. Must have ability to troubleshoot any system failures, identify root cause and fix issues, ensuring availability and integrity of the system. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to write documentation for technical operations and maintenance manuals. Experience with Radiant Logic will be a huge plus. Background with ETL tools such as Informatica will be a big plus. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL. Experience with the web technologies such: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers. Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Linux platforms. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ. Implement integrations with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Troubleshoot and support SailPoint IdentityIQ based applications and systems. Draft technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents. Design custom or product-based solutions based on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Respond to customer requests for product or solution information.
