Knowledge of web protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and DNS) as well as troubleshooting connectivity of these protocols. Basic shell scripting Demonstrated ability to work independently Deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills in a complex environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Preferred Skills 4 year Bachelors degree in computer science or related degree plus 3 years experience or equivalent 1 year experience supporting IBM Connections Experience with IBM Edge caching proxy or other caching proxies. Experience working in an external facing DMZ secured network.
