Primary Responsibilities You will be a part of the Database Development and Data Analysis team that is responsible for developing applications that support a new integrated offering for clients across Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits administration, and other Workplace Solutions products. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment working with emerging technologies, high risks, and uncertainty · Develops innovative technical solutions for major components and subsystems for multiple applications · Follows best practices, performs unit and integration testing and supports user acceptance testing · Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation · May serve as on-call resource to support the organizations service and escalation model, including code release validation and support Skills and Knowledge · 5 + years of development experience in SQL, PL/SQL and Linux shell scripting · Extensive hands on working experience with any of these databases is highly desirable: Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL · Experience with creation and maintenance of database objects such as tables, views, triggers, stored procedures/functions is required · Knowledge of database internals, database architecture, performance tuning, and query optimization is desirable · Exposure to MDM, ODS, and Warehouse data governance models is preferable · Knowledgeable in developing data access or data processing applications in Java, PHP, and Python is a plus · Exposure to data analysis and modeling tools such as ERWin, Power Designer, and ERStudio is preferable · Exposure to ALM tools GIT, Jenkins, and Jira is a plus · Knowledge in Agile development methodology and Scrum framework is a plus · HR, Payroll, and Benefits services experience is highly desirable - Service Bureau offering is a big plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational skills and ability to switch rapidly between different projects and manage changing pri   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
