The successful candidate will work on our Lost In Scrum agile squad, primarily focused on supporting and implementing comp plans/reports/workflows on our CallidusCloud ICM platform. Our ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the incentive compensation space and, ideally, the Callidus platform. We are looking for someone who is technically proficient and able to work across Callidus as well as other systems that comprise our E2E comp platform. Beyond technical proficiency, key attributes required include a can do attitude, flexibility in working across a range of systems & technologies, and a passion for compensation.
